Configure ontrack Learner Hub
The ebs: ontrack Learner Hub functionality provides access to an institution’s online enquiry, application and enrolment process.
You must have the appropriate licences and role to use ebs: ontrack Learner Hub.
Use of ebs: ontrack Learner Hub is controlled by the following licences:
- OntrackProspect - enables the ebs: ontrack Learner Hub functionality
- OntrackEnrolProspect - enables the enrolments functionality in ebs: ontrack Learner Hub
- UploadDocument - enables learners to upload supporting documents in ebs: ontrack Learner Hub
- ProspectInterviews - enables the Interviews button on the System ribbon in ebs: central so users can create and maintain interview slots for learners on the Interviews screen
- AbsenceReporting - enables the absence reporting functionality in ebs: ontrack Learner Hub
Note: Clients will need to be restarted to pick up new licences, and in addition web services should always be restarted before restarting related websites.
You must also have the Admin Interview Slots role in the ebs: ontrack prospect interviews group of User Management to manage interview slots on the Interviews screen in ebs: central.
For the ebs: ontrack Learner Hub website to be accessible for courses, you need to configure the URL to use the collection of uio_ids in the following structure:
- Applications
- http://ebsontrackprospect-trbcol.tribalgroup.net/Page/CreateAppPersonalDetails?UIOIds_InList=2264
- Enrolments
- http://ebsontrackprospect-trbcol.tribalgroup.net/Order/CreateOrder?UIOIds_InList=1059
